国際共同研究コンソーシアムの立上げ

2018年度より、京都大学の競争的学内研究経費「SPIRITS 融合チーム研究プログラム」の採択を受け、きのこ類の遺伝学に関する国際共同研究組織の立ち上げを行っています。このプロジェクトは、食用担子菌をモデルとして「農業に起因する遺伝子汚染とその対応策に関する国際共同研究コンソーシアムの結成」を目標としており、この分野における世界のトップサイエンティストを束ねた研究交流グループが結成されました。
今後、この組織をプラットフォームとして、幅広いテーマで国際共同研究を進めて行く事が期待されます。

From 2018, we organize an international collaboration consortium on mushroom genetics, with a support by SPIRITS (Supporting Program for Interaction-based Initiative Team Studies) program from Kyoto University. The title of this project is "Establishment of an international consortium on genetic pollution by agricultural activities" and aims to provide a platform for top scientists in the related research fields to promote international collaborative researches on wide variety of topics.
The kick-off workshop was held at Shanghai in Nov 2018.
